Looking for assessment of your current training program, an objective critique of your physique, or curious how best to progress? Not sure what goals you should set for yourself? Our assessments grant you access to our qualified coach to ask any and all questions relevant to your personal fitness journey. Topics including but not limited to:

  • Physique/weakpoint assessment

  • Macrocycle planning

  • Program analysis 

  • Nutritional guidance

  • Special topics on request

Applicable to bodybuilders and general fitness enthusiasts alike. 

 

Consultation includes initial 1 hour meeting/session, any prior communication to establish rapport, and 1 month email follow-up specific to the topic covered for continuum of care.

Injury Management Consulting

Interested in injury preventative programming for your team? Unsure how to return to training? Designed and led by our licensed Physical Therapist and Rehabilitation Specialists, these small group, team, and/or individual educational sessions will cover topics including but not limited to:

  • General injury risk reduction strategies

  • Optimal exercise selection and adaptation

  • Joint specific warmups/mobility

  • Analysis of form

  • Special topics on request

Applicable to the the individual competitive athlete, weekend warrior, coach, or group.
