Hey everyone! So James, Ariel and I already have a structured format down in regards to the weekly content we provide on Instagram. I was wondering though- is there any other additional content that you all would be interested in us covering or touching base on? While we all work full time jobs aside from running Team ATP- we are more than happy to cater a bit to our audience in hopes to providing more insight! PS....I think a biweekly/monthly vlog is something that I personally might start slapping together and throwing up on here/Youtube! :) -Brett

I've maybe retyped this 3 or 4 times because you all do such a great job being so informative on Instagram, the only thing I can thin of on here is maybe practical applications for things like exercise selection (when to take out an exercise, when to add sets or reps, when to steer away from barbell movements, how to taper volume for a PL meet, peri workout nutrition, and steps vs cardio when to add / reduce during a contest prep). So hard to think of some because the ATP Instagram page is so full of information, love it there. Can't wait for the vlogs!
